My beautiful African Violet is having so many "babies". I believe the pot is getting too crowded. May I transplant her to a larger pot? If so, do I need to add any food?

I am also trying to grow(from the pit) an avocado tree. I have done one several years ago, but these past few pits have been unsuccessful. Any ideas? Thank you.

You can obviously see that I am a novice when it comes to gardening.

You can transplant your AV, but you may ultimately need to divide it to keep the "mother" plant healthy. I would use regular water until the new transplant shows signs of new groth. HTH!
