A friend sent me this picture asking if I knew what it was.
I'm not good at identifying plants so I hope someone here can.
She says it is a variegated vine that has what looks like white filaments supporting the leaves.

Looks just like the leaves of my Hoya carnosa

Hindu Rope Hoya (Hoya carnosa 'Compacta')

I would guess a Hoya, too. A nice healthy green, too!
