Wonderful video, beautiful blooms.
Perfect 'water' dog!

And your black and white garden tuxedo cat has a twin who lives in Kentucky. Her name is Daisy. This is a new computer and I haven't transferred pictures over yet. Will send one of the kitty twin as soon as I do. Or take a new one, whichever comes first. Smiling

And now we have triplets. Dennis, Daisy and Tux.
Unusual, but maybe not with tuxedos.

I'll try to get a picture tomorrow though it won't be symmetrical like yours! Oh, found these in old articles I'd written, the little golden lion is Jazz, lost him to kidney failure in November. The golden laughing dog is Sunshine. You'll know Daisy when you see her.

Sunshine is just a dog, rescued from the shelter. No particular lineage. But she's great for me, happiest dog ever. She isn't 3 yet so I'm hoping I'll have her for a long time to come. Daisy is 11, also a rescued stray. She's mostly ruler of her kingdom here in this house. And they both mourned along with me when we lost Jazz.

As you knew I would, I just spent the last hour enjoying the videos. Wonderful, love the animals especially Molly the propeller and the older dog as well as the kitties. I was as fascinated with one as with all. You are quite the traveler and I love all the water, especially the rain. Interesting heron, I've never seen that particular kind, though there are some around our lakes here. I've traveled through locks too and anchored out in the middle of nowhere in a hidden bay or two on Kentucky Lake. From here, one can go anywhere by water and I often wish I had that opportunity again. Down the Tombigbee Waterway to the Gulf or up the Mississippi to the Chicago and on to the Great Lakes. One could easily make that circle in any direction.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful views, I also loved the old old building but was a bit confused, a church or a place of punishment, looks as if it could have been both. Great gardens you have too, and all those kitties tending it. What a lovely place to live.

Oh that building in Leicestershire,England was a Town Hall way back and also a place of punishment with cells below,..so if you were arrested you went into the cell until the judge heard your case,..perhaps back to the cell as punishment,..lol i forgot that video was there so you heard the Irish Brogue Whistling .

The Heron on the car was in Galway Bay,..only half an hour by train from here,..its very convenient having the train station here as i can head to either the east or west coast.

Ah so you also love the water,..not forgetting pets,..like you i sometimes head off up the lake and stop in some isolated bay and just relax,..reading your description of your travels on the Kentucky Lake and down the Tombigbee Waterway makes me envy you as you had a much bigger area to explore.

I love to travel,..it has become an addiction,..when i am at home i wish i was away somewhere else,..when i return from abroad i want to head off as soon again,..i have to stop but i have itchy feet lol.

Delighted you looked around at the short videos,..and Molly's propeller,..it never stops.

There is much of the brogue in my ancestral background -- along with English and oh heavens . . . Welsh -- I'm quite fond of it. I can still roll my r-r-r-r-s with the best of them.

Bigger bodies of lake water here, but it takes days and days to get from one place to another. My son, who lives and works in Indianapolis, keeps his boat here and it is more of a speed boat, a SeaRay, so he can travel faster than we did when he and his sister were young. We had a Gibson 50' houseboat, that thing was about as big as my house. Very slow. But very convenient for life aboard. We always planned to get a trawler, still slow but great boats. Life and death got in the way of those plans and though I do sometimes with friends, I don't go out on the water very often.

Lucky you to hop a train and be at either coast so quickly. The dogs, spaniels? Beautiful. The mostly brown one, is that Church, or am wandering around lost in all these messages? Sunshine is such a mixed mutt, she doesn't even like to get her feet wet. So much for the resemblance to a Labrador. Only dog on earth who must have an umbrella. But she loves snow! And her propeller, it never stops either. If she'd ever get in the water she could easily push the boat, she is so big and strong.

I loved the sheep songs too! I think Molly didn't know whether to chase or run the other direction. Love those old rock walls in that video. Did you say it had been a church?

English and Welsh,..interesting combination,..when visiting the USA some people had difficulty understanding my accent,..only in Park City,Utah,..anywhere else in the USA or the world no problem Whistling ,..i was amazed.

Oh the brown and white dog was Missy,..belonged to a friend in USA,..when the dog died i made a video for them,..its in my YouTube Account,..my own dog that died aged 18 years is the brown and white one you spotted on the weir wall in my Photobucket Account,..oh i spent an hour there myself looking at those vids,..its ages since i added a vid there or even looked in,..must make a few new vids for there.

Sunshine is a great name for your dog and you could spot the smile,..Molly smiles as well,..great company pets,..oh i have seven cats Whistling they all turn up right on time for morning and evening meals,..i leave the bathroom small window open so they can come and go as they please,..there are four present just now,..of course its early morning here half past three.

You sure had some big boats,..slow as you mentioned but built for purpose and comfort,..mine is a fishing boat an Orkney 520,..really a sea boat and will take six foot waves in its stride,..it can be fast if needed as it has a 40hp engine plus a small reserve one,..thinking of selling it as i don't get out as often these days,..the pal i used to take with me moved down south,..its not wise heading off on one's own,..no matter how careful one is accidents do happen.

Oh the sheep,..do you have sheep around your area of KY,..they are not to everyone's liking,..grazing wise.

Must head off to bed,..0345hrs,..i will catch you again.

No sheep that I've seen locally, though I'm sure there might be some. Horses and cows are common, chickens, pigs, typical farm animals, but I can't remember seeing sheep. Goats here and there.

I wondered about the time difference. It's already tomorrow in your land, not yet here.

I've almost always had cats, though not as many as you. First time I've had a dog in years. Not because I didn't want one but because I was a teacher and hated to leave a dog at home alone every day. Sunshine is great company and has become my entertainment. Smiles all the time. I noticed that Molly is a smiler as well. We treat them so well it's no surprise they are always happy.

The Gibson was a comfortable boat but more for lakes than open waters. It had a 3' keel, not so good in waves but fine for quieter water. It was difficult to maintain a 4 bedroom 2 bath home and a 4 bed 2 bath boat at the same time. I only live 5 miles from the lake, so it was easy if I ran out of bath towels at one place to go borrow from the other. Most summers when school wasn't in session, we lived aboard the boat.
