Great specimen Myriam. It looks like a wonderful place. Those Anchomanes in the back look enormous.

Thanks Evan! Yes, it is full of aroids in the tropical greenhouses of that botanical garden! It is a wonderful place to be, it makes me feel I am in my natural habitat, warm and humid!
It must be the colder days arriving, making me long for the tropics..
I have more aroids to come, unfortunately some are not labelled.

Forgot to mention about the huge Anchomanes, I even didn't know what it was, so looked it up. Unfortunately I cannot photograph it in a favourable setting the background is so ugly and it is hidden all the way on the back!

I've been there back today and it is really dark in that section, maybe because we're having a series of very dull days. Even with flash at full strenght the photos still come out dark and when I lighten them up it is not really nice especially when the leaves are shiny, maybe I can go back on a sunny day..

I see what you mean. The plants seems happy though. I enjoy visiting Botanical Gardens when the weather turns too.
