As scheduled, trading is now over and it's time to send your seeds in. You should have all gotten a system message with a link to your send sheet, which included all your instructions on what to do. If anyone has questions about the process, please ask them here.

And in case anyone is wondering, here are the stats from our swap:

832 unique items offered.
1,382 dibs claimed.
3,774 tickets unspent. Smiling I'm taking that as a good sign, meaning everyone got everything they wanted.
Average trading ratio: 138%
Median trading ratio: 227%

Here all were sorted and put in bags, but still have the other things to do. If the predicted weather holds, it may be Wednesday before we can get to the post office, but that should be plenty of time.

The printout worked nicely. That is handy. Big Grin

The "send sheet" is great! I made my own list, but this leaves no room for second guessing about missing something. I just have a very few things to add to the envelopes from the last couple of days and should be mailing my box out on Monday.

This has been a very easy way to participate in a group swap, in my opinion! @Dave, I hope we'll be seeing some info from you soon regarding the details of hosting a swap Smiling Thumbs up

Remember, when you ship it, don't forget to go to the send sheet and mark it as sent, so the host can keep up with who has reported sending it in.

Mine will go out tomorrow too.
Just a note to those of you who requested the "Red Scarlet" milkweed. I just had 4 six packs of them germinate in my unheated greenhouse! So if you have warm windowsill these will germinate without much effort.

Sandy,

Nope. We just had them back out to take down the last dead ash tree. Last year when they were here one of the guys thought it just might live, so they thinned out the scaffolding and left it. It never leafed out this spring so it was time for it to go. Thank goodness, they're all done now! Seven dead 80' tall trees makes for a lot of work!

Well -- good that it wasn't storms that took them out... but, on another disaster front, Emerald Ash Borer? Or did they just die of old age? 80' tall seems like some pretty big trees!

You can always use that ash wood to make baskets in your spare time, Chelle! Big Grin

We're doing the same right now, Chelle, mostly oaks and hickories that didn't survive the drought, we think.

Hmmm... just wondering if there is something I should be doing with my seed list, while dormant should I mark them grey again?
