I have 2 young trees of this plumeria. They have unique broken flower with 10 petals. The only plumeria i have know that have this double flowers.

But I see their flowers stay in shorter time on the tree than others variety. And only about 3 flowers open at the same time on the same inflorescense since the old flower have drop early. Is it normal with this variety ? Shoud I applied special fertilizer to keep the flower longer on the tree ?

Miracle grow is a fertilizer designed for annuals. I personally do not recommend using it on Flowering Trees such as Plumeria.
