I'm trying a three part experiment with the seedlings I have.
1) Several are planted in one gallon "plunge" pots with a good free-draining, high compost mix.
2) More are planted in the ground in a second year sheet compost area. They're quite a bit smaller than the first group but may turn out to be stronger plants.
3) The final batch are potted up and I plan to leave them in the unheated greenhouse over the winter, where at least crown rot shouldn't be an issue.
We'll see which, if any, survive.
