Larry - you are correct. I don't check every single cultivar to make sure there are several owners of a plant. I rely on members honesty. Unfortunately this happens. I hope at least the one owner posts a review to this thread and perhaps there are others here on NGA who also have it?

Somehow missed this when it came up as plant of the day. (Could have sworn it had showed more people as having it back when I added my first photos to the listing...)

This is a fantastic plant. Good bud counts, rebloom, instant rebloom, fast increase. Pollen is fertile and it sets pods easily.

Color off the flowers can vary dramatically depending on time of day...
morning...

late afternoon...

I know that those pics are not off the same exact flower, but this effect is pretty consistent across all my blooms here.

I'm currently growing out some seedlings that have this cultivar as the pollen parent. (pod parent is Heavenly Angel Ice) It'll be some time before I see blooms.

At any rate, I'd recommend this cultivar. It is a great performer. I got this at a local nursery that gets it's plants from the usual commercial sources, so I'm going to have to assume that this plant is currently widely available.

I know we can get more reviews by requiring a certain number of people to have a plant before allowing it to be the daylily of the day. However, I also think we are often missing some opportunities to hear about great plants like this.
Maybe one day it would be possible to feature a daylily of the day that someone thought was extra special (especially some of the newer cultivars that a lot of people won't yet own but might want to get some day) maybe once a week or so. I guess even better, if anyone feels they have a daylily deserving special mention that a lot of us don't own just discuss it in a separate thread anytime.
You know, when you get that new expensive cultivar and it just shines in the garden, I would certainly love to hear about it and see some photos.
