Open Hearth does very well in my climate. I have moved it a number of times and the moves never seem to bother it. It is a good bloomer and gives nice big large plump seeds for a diploid. It does not fade in my climate and increase is fairly good. Seedlings from it tend to take its large open form. I have one seedling from it that I love because of its unusual color but bud count is not up to par. My caramel colored seedling from Open Hearth:

Open Heart has done well here. Poly's frequently and increase well. Bought mine after seeing pics of Cindy's blooms.

My Open Hearth has done TOO well. It increases really fast so a double fan will quickly fill a clump. Eventhough I have divided several times in the last 3 years and gave them away, i still have a nice size clump from the original clump that I have.
