'Rambunctious Rosie' is a semi-evergreen diploid introduced in 2009 by Judy Davisson. Judy is also known as "Davi" here on ATP! Check out her website for more of her beautiful daylily creations: http://www.picturetrail.com/da...

Juli started a thread about Judy Davisson: The thread "ATP Series: The Daylilies of Judy Davisson" in Daylilies forum

Rambunctious Rosie is a mid-season bloomer. It is pod fertile with currently 1 registered child: https://garden.org/plants/pare...

This plant can be found in the NGA Plant Database at:

Davi says she doesn't do dips. I have only four things to say about that:

Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

RAMBUNCTIOUS ROSY is an amazing dip, great height, and truly stunning in a clump. This one is all about the color.

Has been a great parent here, and is a parent of our co-introduced, SHAYNA (pictured). It passes on that great color!

Love Davi, and love her dips, especially the ones she doesn't do....lolol

She does show five registered dips. 'SHAYNA' is beautiful, do you have the stats for her?

Scapes here often much shorter than registered. Has behaved like a tender evergreen here, multiplying, but not floriferous; perhaps set back by two brutal winters shortly after it arrived.

I have the same experience as Mantis with it. It has never reached the height it is registered, and has increased at a very slow rate. The scapes have been weak so they tend not to be able to hold up the blooms and they hang sideways. It might be one of those that do better in a warmer area.
