FABULOUS watermark, pristine color, plus a sturdy, well branched scape and flawless foliage. LOVE LOVE LOVE this one.

I am with Davi....love this plant, even though the hybridizer is a bit of a hermit. :rofl:

It is very, very pollen fertile, and very, very pod difficult (one pod ever). An amazing parent of everything watermarked, and is the grandparent of my avatar.

Unfortunately, I haven't been very good about putting new acquisitions in the database.

I was fortunate to obtain a fan of this gem directly from 'The Hermitage' last fall. It has everything I like in a daylily, and the ethereal combination of pastels made it irresistible. It is emerging as two fans this spring, and is one of my most eagerly awaited blooms.

I don't have this daylily but it is so gorgeous. Last year I luckily got some seeds (from Ahead) which have genes from this daylily as a grandparent. If any blooms this year, I truly hope that they will have as nice watermarks as their grandparent.

This daylily is indeed drool material if only the hermit would sell a few. Unfortunately I don't buy seeds as my time and space it limited. Sure would be nice to see VJ in person.
