After being away from this gardening community for awhile I've more recently spent some time online and just discovered this forum in the last week or two (excited to see a MG/Ipomoea forum!)

I've also discovered a wonderful website and Facebook page for Jacksonville Morning Glory Vineyard. I found it by accident, maybe some of you are familiar with it. If not, it's worth checking out. Amazing what this person has done to ensure the availability of our lovely flower!

or search Jacksonville Morning Glory vineyard on FB for hundreds of awesome photos.

I'm looking forward to growing lotz of MG's this year, haven't grown them for several years now.

Hi,
Just would like some help to identify this Morning Glory, I don't think it's an ipomoea, the leaves are different. I got it when I was walking up the hills and saw its vines climbing a tree with really nice flowers , so I took some cuttings. It's growing very well in a pot and I bamboo sticks to it to climb.

Hi Leafy Welcome!
Your plant looks like it's Ipomoea cairica. Here is some info https://www.google.com/search?...

Where are you located?
