Dragon Dreams took about 3 years to really settle in here in the north. Once it did, it has started multiplying and blooming like crazy. It is one of my favorite smaller blooms. It's stats are fairly true here. It only sets a pod occasionally but pollen is fertile. I will always have this one in my garden.

I just planted Dragon Dreams last spring. It grew very strongly over the summer and bloomed well. I did not try to set pods on it, but did use pollen from it. I now have seedlings under lights from Siloam Fine Art x Dragon Dreams.

I loved the flower on Dragon Dreams and will update this thread when it starts to grow this spring, as to how it came through the winter.

Update, Sept, 2017
Dragon Dreams came through the winter perfectly and bloomed beautifully this summer. I was successful setting a pod on it, and its pollen has been very fertile.

It is a great little daylily.

Received this plant in May, 2016, and nursed it along. It had two weak blossoms, and got planted in the ground in the fall of 2016. Am looking forward to better blooms this year.
The photo I just put into the Database, shows it at the end of a hot day in July, with petal edges disintegrating in the heat.
I'm sure it will do better than this when July rolls around.
