About 36" tall with fuzzy leaves and pink flowers. Growing at a house my son just purchased in z6 Michigan.

That looks like comfrey. That is an awesome plant for fertilizer. He should chop down the stems and leafs to make compost for fertilizer. Check out this website:

Though don't let it go to seeds because they can become invasive.
