An evergreen, it was not a reliable and vigorous bloomer here, though the color was clear. Also, a bit smaller than I like them.

This is a two year old plant in my garden. It sent up scapes last year, but we had to leave for a month before it ever bloomed. So this is actually the first year I recall seeing it bloom, and it was extremely nice on the first blooms. They were actually larger than the blooms on it now. The plant has done well here, the fans were so close I could not determine how many there actually were, but I'd guess between 8 and 10 at least. There were 7 scapes on the clump and the scapes had 4 way branching with over 20 buds per scape. The first blooms were larger and now they are between 4 and 5 inches. The scapes averaged about 27 inches in height. I did not get a photo of it today, but here is one of the earlier May blooms from this season.
