I've had Barbary Corsair for several years & it has done well. It holds it color well for a dark daylily, & lots of blooms.
Wanted to add after I realized it is supposed to be 16", mine is always taller than that. Haven't measured, but at least 24".

Barbary Corsair has been in my garden for more than 10 years. It divides and recovers easily. It produces lots of scapes with a bud count of about 10 to 3 way branching. Blooms are small but always consistent in color and no variation in blooms. Here though, scape height is anywhere from 22 inches to 30 inches, more than the stats.

Barbary Corsair was added to my gardens in 2016, flowered poorly in 2017 and disappeared from the gardens by 2018. I think zone 3 is too cold for it.
