Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum 'Blue Balou')

How does this plant compare to Blue Boy. It seems to be about the same color but I do not see the number of babies here that Blue boy produces. (perhaps they went into the Semp jerky ???)

It is bluer than Blue Boy, and a different shade of blue. It also carries the blue for many months. Also a larger semp than Blue Boy.

May have to add to the wish list.

A photo taken this month. Even in October it is showing quite a bit of blue coloring.
