The ones I received last year were superb, and a dollar or less, each! Of course I was out of state when they bloomed Rolling my eyes. , but mom said they bloomed beautifully and that she really enjoyed them. Big Grin

Nope, but I almost instantly received a very nice Thank You e-mail from them asking about my preferred delivery date. That note made me feel like I was ordering from the neighborhood nursery, not one that's all the way at the other end of the country. Smiling

I ordered from Bluestone and McClure and Zimmerman. I have a largebed to fill after the dafs get done blooming. I had daylilies with them but removed them (kept a few). Decided I wanted a mixed bed for summer. I don't remember all I ordered from Bluestone but have it all down in my journal...I know I got some asters and anemones for fall blooms...Can't wait...I ordered lilies from M and Z. Green Grin!

I looked at Bluestone but have not decided on anything. Glad that there are no more peanuts in the shipping.

Lucy, thanks!
That Joe Pye Weeds has the nicest selection of SIBS I have seen!

Definitely will order. And so happy they will ship them in Spring, not just Fall.

I see they are near my old home. Went to the fabulous Garden tours there in Concord and Carlisle, Mass every year for many years.

I ordered a good-sized batch of spring-blooming bulbs from Easy To Grow Bulbs at lovely end-of-season prices. They came in this past weekend. After a very nice 20 minute chat with Kathleen I stand assured that planting them now is A-okay. Smiling So, I'll be out there tomorrow winter planting bulbs .....again. Hilarious! This strange, mostly unfrozen winter has made it a great year to get some special deals.

I usually order Agastaches every year, but haven't yet. I usually pot up plants not hardy to me (annuals) in containers and sometimes perennials too. I usually plant into ground perennials and sometimes annuals also.

I plant plants that attract Hummingbirds mainly, some for Butterflies, some for both Hummers and BF's and some for the BF caterpillars.

I try to plant more and more plants each year that are attractive to Hummers.

Love to see them, even if it's only for 5 and a half months every year! Lovey dubby
