This one is such a cutie! It grew here for quite a few years, and it won a "Best in Section" and made it to the head table at a flower show some years ago. But alas, this one is more of a southern belle. It lived here, thrived during relatively mild winters ( I'm on edge of zones 6/7) but during harsh winters ( like the one we're trying to emerge from now) it would sulk and perhaps not bloom or bloom sparingly. So over time it began to dwindle. . When I sold it, I mentioned that I'd recommend this in zone 7 or higher, but you know, it didn't seem to matter to people who bid. When one makes such a statement, new growers should then understand that they're taking a chance if they live in lower climate zones.
