-- for this winters winter sowing??

I have a few more I need to collect from still, and i'm hoping I get seeds off the xHybrid Mesa Purple salvia... it is just gorgeous but still blooming it's little head off.

A few other salvias i need to revisit to see if there are more seeds... other than that, i think i'm done.

trying to get my spreadsheet finished for the seeds i have on hand.

I'm - again - trying to downsize... i have way more seeds than i need -- but i do have a project for next year that requires plants.

What is everyone else up to?

I've always hated seed saving, every aspect of it from gathering to drying all over the house, to cleaning them. I don't save nearly as many as I used to. Fall has been a busy time for me so I have done less than normal this year. The ones that I have saved are still drying in my dining room.

I haven't even cleared half of my flower beds yet to put the garden to sleep for the winter. I hope to make some progress this week. I hope my compost has shrunken enough to fit more in the bins now. The weather is getting pretty cold for me to be gardening!

I still need to clean up my flower beds too. It's supposed to be nice all week, so I hope to get it done by the weekend. I don't collect many seeds since most of the annuals I grow are hybrids.

I started and finished, I don't collect as many any more if I do it makes too much work for next year. Hilarious!

I didn't have many to collect, some Yellow Hibiscus, and some Magnolia, the rest I just let drop for next year.
