It's good years for bloom count, and off years. More good than bad, but it did not bloom at all last year. Hoping this year is better.
I love this little bloomer! It has its quirks though. If it doesn't get enough fertilizer and water it turns into a red/orange bitone that I don't find very attractive.
I had to move it and it took longer than I expected (2 years) for it to recover and bloom.
I also have not been able to set a pod on it. It rarely produces pollen and it seems to be sterile anyway.
Regardless, it is my favorite red daylily and I plan to keep it forever.
