I received two fans of this one in April 2016. It bloomed in May of that same year.
This daylily cultivar produces miniature blooms under 3". It is consistent on it's blooming time here in zone 9b. It started blooming this year on May 4. Fan increase and bud count has been a bit disappointing, but it's still here after 2 years! I do like the bloom and the rust resistant foliage. Wished it would grow gang-busters like the children I've gotten from it!

It is pollen and pod fertile. I have used it for hybridizing with some very good results, as posted in this thread:
