I've grown Aerial Applieque for about 10 years. It always shows a beautiful applique pattern, and is one of the earliest daylilies to bloom in my garden. It multiplies well, is a reliable rebloomer, and sets pod easily.

Aerial Applique took a little while to get started on my garden, choosing not to bloom the first year or two, but once it did, it had pretty blooms. The blooms on mine were more the lavender color shown in the pictures.

I don't have much hybridizing info on this one, but I do believe I can confirm that it is pollen fertile, but possibly difficult. With luck, I will have more info next year.
