We went for a walk yesterday and I did a little more repotting. That is more activity than it sounds like, since plants, pots, and soil are in different places and then you have to clean up afterwards and the dust pan is in yet another place. It sounds disorganized but everything is in the best place to keep or store it.

Can't hardly believe it is true summer already. My exercise has been the usual. Take my dog for exercise walks and do lots of gardening.

Kelli, repotting sure can be quite a bit of exercise, I did some yesterday, along with a few other garden chores. Today I am doing laundry, changed the bed, made a crockpot meal for dinner.

Rita, before we know it, it will be fall. Hilarious!

Yah but I don't want to think about that. Summer is great for me what with all my flowers and vegetables I grow here.

Margaret, I'm sorry to hear about your DJD. I hope you've gotten some relief.

We've been in Saugatuck, Mi., since Monday. Had a wonderful time. I ate and drank way to many calories. We did some walking around the beautiful, charming little town but didn't really get much exercise. You don't work much when you stop to shop in every little store! Hilarious!

Thank you Karen, nothing has changed, I have not seen the neurosurgeon yet, it may take awhile as there is usually a wait.

I think shopping is pretty good exercise, good for legs and arms, hands, you walk a lot looking around, picking stuff up to check it out. Big Grin

Exercise has been gardening. Trying to get the final things into the garden before we head to Vancouver for most of the week. Have two hostas to bare root to take with me for DD - seedlings named after granddaughters. Still have two flats of coleus to plant amongst the hostas. I washed and bleached a pile of pots yesterday and got them put away ready to use. DH is positive I have too many pots but one can never have too many - right? Supposed to rain today - I'd better get outside before I'm gardening in the rain.

Yes, Karen, but not far from home. Work uesterday afternoon...that was about 5 miles from home. Today will be fireworks setup, show, and cleanup in a town about 40 miles from here. So, not really on the move in that sense. Just busy. Made 2 loaves of whole wheat bread....just took them out of the oven. They look and smell yummy. Green Grin!

We went hiking for two hours on Saturday.

Last night I had very bad heartburn for an unknown reason. I rarely have that so I had no antacid on hand and it was too late to go to the store. I mixed some baking soda with water but I used too much baking soda and got sick. It was all downhill from there. I don't want to get into TMI territory, but it involved Draino, three changes of underwear, one change of pajamas, cleaning the bathroom floor more than once, and an unplanned load of laundry. I am still nauseated so we will not be walking today. I'm not eating breakfast so that evens out.

Oh dear, that sounds horrible, Kelli, sure hope you feel better today. Group hug

I got lots of exercise yesterday in the garden, trimmed the grass and edged the beds, repotted a plant, pulled a bunch of chickweed, watered everything, and pruned a lot off the lower branches of the willow tree.

Yes, I hope you're feeling better, Kelli. And buy some Tums to have on hand!

I went to the gym, exercised for an hour.

Greetings from Vancouver. Out here until Saturday.

I hope you are feeling better Kelli.

We got in quite a bit of walking today. Twice to school with or for the kids (about 1 km round trip). Once to Safeway (about 1 km each way) for groceries. Once out for lunch and coffee (2.2 km).
Ann

I went to the ER yesterday. My blood chemistry was o.k. so they gave me a prescription for something for nausea. It helped somewhat. I was able to eat a little this morning but I am very tired.
