I LOVE this one, it blooms alot and the color is fabulous. Plus it's very affordable. Never had any trouble getting it to come back here after the winter. It blooms well above the foliage for me, and every bloom is perfect.

This is new to my garden this year but has a scape and has flowered. Very pretty flower, difficult to describe the colour, a sort of dusky raspberry with purple eye, cute and compact but very difficult to capture in a photo.

Alpine Mist arrived in 2016 and it was a very small plant. However, it did come on very nicely and it has become a favorite. The flowers bloom above the foliage, and each bloom is usually well shaped. The color of the eyezone is difficult to capture by my camera, but it has a definite bluish look. Here it is on June 5, 2016. I chose this picture because it is a close-up that shows the eyezone color about as good as I can get it.
