Hi all. Hopefully someone can help me with this. I found these white strips on my wooden railing. When I peeled them off and looked at the back side, there appears to be many egg pods - under a stereoscope, I can see that each pod contains many eggs (transparent white in color and very, very tiny).

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I live in South Eastern, PA.

You might try asking this same question of your local extension service. They may be familiar with this kind of thing in your area.
