Lyle your Orange program is so nice. Can't wait to see more. Always thought Pat Garrity and Hold Your Horses were great plants all around.

Steph- the first one is a future...FOOTLOOSE FANCY X ELISA DALLAS

Margaret - Both blooms are 6" the important thing about both seedlings are their height -- If I have a good foundation I can always put a nice face on the seedling''

From last season comes this orange future...I will use this one with a few others this season and I hope by next season to have and intro.....

The Footloose Fancy x Elisa Dallas is gorgeous. I looked back through
your previous thread to see if a pic of it was there. Didn't find it, so I
was going to ask what it was. Stephanie beat me to it.

Had to show that one to Hubby who likes it very much also.

The orange in the last picture is gorgeous too. Melon is the
closest that I have in the orange family.
Nice Lyle, very nice.

Thanks Betty - I am pushing for a nice deep orange and hopefully this season i will get some good seedlings along with using some registered stock to achieve that goal.

Ann - Since the first time I seen Apache Sunrise bloom I knew I had to make an orange something like AS with a taller scape...the last seedling has a nice scape and if all goes well I should have some seedlings that I can advance

Thanks Michele - The season is early for me, so I hope it will pick-up.

Thanks Shirlee and thank your Hubby for me...The seedling FLF x ED is one of my favorites it is a very clean bloom in the garden, it also has a very strong scape, and good bud count..

Thanks Kim - I will update the progress of that seedling and hope maybe one of its seedlings will be worth showing.

Leslie - I will bet if that orange was poly it would just be perfect..

Thanks Fred - I have work the last seedling hard and now it will have to show it can produce nice seedling, or back to the drawing board.

Thanks Leslie - I have been using MONTANA SKY for about 3 years and i like how it passes along it's nice plant habit --very strong scapes...and not to forget the bloom "always a lavender or a purple i haven't had any other color from that cross that i remember.. MS on it's own has a difficult time opening for me but all the kids open perfect..

Blue Lake x Montana Sky certainly has given you some
very nice lavenders, Lyle. Great when a cross is so
dependable.

I love that orange and the Mt. Sky cross. I have 1 seedling I am sending you Lyle AS X Patsy Cline. It is one I was afraid to plant late last year and lose so maybe you can get it to do something there and share it if it is anything decent.
