That's weird. I rarely own the "daylily of the day", but I've actually had two this month.
I received Chang Dynasty as a gift plant back in 2015. It's a ruffly evergreen, which I didn't have high expectations for in my zone 5 garden. A lot of evergreens can't handle my winters, but the price was right to give it a try.
I've been impressed by this plant ever since. It's done OK most winters for me. We've had a couple nasty winters since it's been here, and you can tell this plant doesn't like that very much. After the 2016 winter, it dropped a fan or two. But it will increase in the summer and gets through "normal" winters without much of a problem.
I've liked it's persistence and most of all, that it has given me August/September rebloom two of the last three years.
I don't get the gaudy 40+ bloom count it is registered at, but it does as well as most plants do here in this zone. I average a little less than 6 weeks of blooms per year including the rebloom. The color is pretty variable between coral and light orange, but always pleasant to me.
