I don't know where all you may find them for sale...I'd suggest iris vendors.
The breeders will often no longer stock their older plants as they make room for new. I just checked and MidAmerica is no longer offering Pulsator, but I found it here

It's the prettiest iris I've seen.
I tried to buy them at Trails End Iris, but didn't see a shopping cart.
I called them, and they said they don't sell online, and only in Canada. =(
