As a comment about Christmas Cactus (Schlumbergera truncata 'Rare Yellow'), JB wrote:

The color of the bloom of the yellow (zygocactus) Christmas cactus blooms may vary from yellow to pinkish-yellow, to peach-yellow depending on several things i.e. temperature, pH in soil, and fertilizer content of the soil.
This would explain why a truly yellow colored flower is so difficult to find and keep it yellow when you have it home.

This plant is a Thanksgiving cactus. Yes, everyone calls them "Christmas": they are Thanksgiving cactus if they have the crab claw clades. Christmas cactus are more rounded, and are sometimes confused with the Easter, which also has the rounded edges.

I belong to a Holiday Cactus group on Facebook.

True Christmas cactus are relative,y rare, but can be found online.
