If you are like me, Im thinking about putting in my spring garden and what will be my improvements this year. I do have a bit of property -- 3 acres of Alabama black belt. This area was once one of the most productive soils on the continent. What can I do, to bring my little 3 acres back to that level. The most inspiring stories of people who have renovated and restored land always leads me back to permaculture.

To me this was an inspiring story to think about while re-designing and planning my little space in the universe this year:

Thanks fiwit. So many people think they know the ENVIRONMENT is important but they don't really understand what an interdependent system the environment is: that everything in it is in one way or another related to everything else.
