I know there are a lot of great vines out there and a lot of people who love them. My selection of them has gone way down, but there are still a few to appreciate. Just can't devote big spaces and trellises to them anymore. Here are a bunch of cuttings saved in water over winter and then crammed into this tiny pot. And a bunch more that didn't fit in the pot is in the ground below, leaning on a little trellis.

I'm going to do the same thing again instead of trying to keep it as a hanging pot that needs to be taken to the shower for a drink (or risk dripping all over the carpet.) Cut it off and put the stems in water while it's too cold to be outside.

What vines are you appreciating?

I agree
I have nothing to impress in this cetegory.
I finally grew cuttings of Heartleaf Philo, enough to have a small basket planted. I found a mealybug on it yesterday Grumbling
Plant it and they will come.

Pretty, Tarev!

I don't expect to impress anyone, Sally. Not with giant tropical vines confined to tiny pots, but I do appreciate having some around.

The most appreciative I've been of any vine I think is when I got married. I didn't want to stress about flowers, so I cut a bunch of pieces of heart-leaf Philodendron vine and that was my "bouquet." It was exactly what I wanted, hearts. : )

Photos in all variations are of course everywhere Hilarious!
I laboriously unraveled this and fastened it with a vine stick
From what I've read the leaves are supposed to get bigger if they climb instead of hanging .
That would make me happy

Mrs. H, all your pics look so bright, you seem yo have excellent light.
I do not, and that stops me going big with vines. Well, maybe this winter, I'll reinstall a couple in the east bay window Thinking
Plant it and they will come.

Sally , that's the advantage of living high up. But most of these hanging plants aren't right by the window . They are all plants that can get along with less light . But some of my darlings could use more light to grow bigger leaves ...
Unfortunately, the window seats are completely taken over by light-hungry plants , as Hoyas for example Hilarious!
I need a bigger appartement or more and larger windows nodding

Beautiful plants! The struggle is real - the plants grow but the room and windows don't. LOL!

I'll try the moisture trick, thank you.

I have two mothers, one gifted with thinner leaves that are smaller and softer, the other purchased with thicker and wider leaves.

Up to six total now:)

It's amazing how adaptable vines can be, even when space is limited! It's a testament to their resilience and versatility.

Beautiful:)

Meant to comment earlier today but...dead phone and hours of driving trying to replace.

And oil change, and steel blade for weed-whacking blackberries...

I have two different types as well, one with a MUCH thicker and leathery leaf, looks like the Exotica.

The other has thinner and more pliable leaves, like your Silver Ann.

Very similar silvering though.

Thanks:)
