I am going to put little clippings in them. I will probably end up sending it to someone. I was telling someone the other day. I received free plants from forum members and that was how I got started growing succulents 20 yrs ago.

So I like to send little plant starts to people getting started like me 20 yrs ago as my way of "Paying it Forward" and cute pots I think makes it even better. They were only a dollar..

Lovely thing to do, Cinta.

Practical question here: How will you provide drainage? Are there drill bits that will put a hole in ceramic material without shattering it?

Cups are easy because they are not thick at all. Just put some tape on the bottom and drill. Quick and easy.

Thought I would throw these over here since this thread had the words 'little containers" in it. Second photo with quarter for scale comparison.

If you're interested, it's Sedum 'Suzy Q' on the left and Sedum spath. subsp 'Yosemitense'

One of my smallest containers that I finally planted into. Sometimes hard to find small plants that will stay small for these tiny containers. I have a feeling the plant in the right pot will outgrown by Spring unless I do regular pruning and even that might not... Shrug!

Perfect choices Cinta. They look wonderful.
Mrs. Cup looks like she is wearing a hat from the 20's with a bird feather pointing off to the side. Love it.

I have them on the back of the commode. I hope they keep my bathroom tidy. Rolling on the floor laughing

It is in my bathroom and not the guest bathroom so I will not be talked about that people are watching my guest going to the bathroom. I have a wired friend that is paranoid. Just for fun I might just put them in there when she comes over for the holidays. Hilarious!

Okay. Knowing her she will probably come out and tell me to get those people out of the powder room. I collect Ceremonial Mask and had some of what I thought were the pretty ones not scary at all on either side of the mirror. She came running out of the room and said I had to take them down because they scared her. They had precious jewels on them. They looked like jewelry boxes to me.
