As a comment about Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Heavenly Angel Ice'), Calif_Sue wrote:

A beautiful elegant bloom with twists, curls, and wavy edges along both the petals and the sepals. It's just gorgeous in a clump and has great substance, turning a pure white in the noonday sun, and it's reportedly a great rebloomer even in northern gardens. It won the highest honor in 2013, the Stout Metal.

Sue, thank you for writing this comment! Seeing you say that it reblooms reliably in the north, too, was the final straw. A nursery here in MI just put all of their daylilies on a 50% off sale and I had been telling myself 'no, save your money now and just get it next year when you know you'll have blooms'....but after reading your note about it reblooming, I went up to the nursery today and ONE of their six HAI's left had a rebloom scape on it. I walked around holding it to make sure no one accidentally picked it out of my garden cart thinking it was a 'go-back' plant or something. Hilarious! I'm so excited to own it (and have a perfectly valid excuse for getting it now rather than next year!) Thank You!

My Mom has it and I just realized I had it marked as being in my inventory but it's supposed to be in my want list. I will get a piece when hers needs diving. I read about that rebloom online somewhere.
