Midwest ATP Gathering is at Powell Gardens this year. There is a new exhibit of dinosaurs this year that starts on May 21rst so I think that day or any Sat after will work.

SPRING RU: JUNE 11th TIME: 10-11am

www.powellgardens.org

There is an admission. Also no food allowed unless we eat at the picnic area just past the gatehouse but before the parking lot and gardens. There are two cafes we can eat at if desired, Café Thyme in Visitor's Center and the café at the Barn.

Also, I am posting the info for this Gathering on DG because there are a few people over there who usually come to these but aren't on this site.

Please post your ideas on dates that will work for you.

This location was picked last year by those of us who usually get together from DG every year and there are a few people who haven't been but have wanted too for a long time. We decided that we would make it the location this year. Smiling

I think that's it. So start tossing ideas for dates that will work and if you are planning on coming or just hope to make it but won't know for sure until we get closer please post and I will make a list on next post. Smiling Smiling

Mid-western/North/Central/MO.,
Thanks pepper, fyi the adult admission is $10, over 60 - $9, children 12-under $4. Here is the web address, including directions. -

I'll likely be there barring some unforseen circumstances like getting cracked on my head by a shadowy figure who's after my 50 cents.
Any date is fine with me, all I gotta do is sell pixie-sticks and I can do that any day.

Bumping this up. We need to pick out the date within the next couple weeks, so I can get my time off request in. It's our busy season at work so have to get it in early.

So don't hesitate to jump in with ideas and everybody is welcome to come! We always have a blast wherever we meet and we've had some crazy things happen but we just roll with it. Smiling

I'm always off on Sat. & Sun. and generally don't have anything planned that far in advance, so I'll try to make it for whatever date works for you.

Sounds great to me I won't be working then. HI GB! They pulled my plug on the other site, the last time I tried to post I don't know where it went, site kept saying new messages but whenever I would look there wasn't anything new.

That's going to be heavy traffic traveling on Memorial Day weekend toward the Lake of the Ozarks, but whatever works.

I didn't realize it was Memorial Weekend. I wouldn't be able to get it off either because that's a big sale weekend for us. Good catch green!! I will see about the next weekend instead.

I work every other weekend. Not every other weekend off is a three day for me. The 28th is a three day for me, so the next weekend off is a Saturday and Sunday only. I'll still be able to come, just need to set the date.

June 4th is the weekend after the 28th. If that works for everyone we can set our sights on that day.

June 11th is the date Debra mentioned. Got confirmation of that.

Does that work for everyone? If so I will make it the date.
