I am always surprised at how many things are blooming in the garden it is hard to pick a favorite but
I can pick a new one every day

They make a good combo when the daisy blooms

I like the flowers of chives too. Chives are great for cooking and for keeping deer and rabbits away. Last fall I obtained a dozen plants at closeout time. I scattered them among other perennials that deer and rabbits seem to like. Large alliums are ready to bloom too. Even edible onion blooms are great if you ask me!

This one I call Mrs. Brown' s allium, because a nice very old lady gave it to me out of her garden. The butterflies love it . Some days every bloom has a butterfly.

Coryopsis Jethro Tull

Can't show you all a pic., as I broke my camera/cell phone. However, my fave flower of the day ( and most days!) is Rose Campion. Such a simple little blossom, but beautiful & the furry, silvery foliage is a stunning counterpoint.

These are doing well for the first time, coreopsis Broad street cruzing, I hope it will come back next year again. Last year they did not look so good.
