My cold is less troublesome and I am looking forward to getting back to my normal routines - eating, drinking, sleeping, and gardening.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.

I just bought, online, four new wheels for my 1978 Olds Delta 88 for one hundred bucks cheaper than the cheapest set of used ones I could find, and hen's teeth are easier to find than wheels for full size Olds from '77-'87 unless you have a 403 which for some reason used the more common 5x5 bolt pattern but still has the odd 2.77 hub center.
Fortunately I found hubcentric rings to take up the slop.

Shipping, whether 1,500 or 500 miles was well over 100 dollars for the used wheels, new ones ship free.
Now they are tech. stock car wheels D.O.T. approved - for off highway -- but if they are tough enough for track use they will be tough enough for my little old lady from Pasadena driving style.
It is winter, I have best Michelin snow tires available but they wear fast enough, so no hot rodding. Thumbs up

We have a 62 Corvair Monza that needs new tires and they aren't available anymore. We need to find wheels that will fit. Thinking old Camry wheels might work. Then we can move to a size tire we can buy.

Thanks, I've got my husband checking it. The 62 I mentioned is actually a Corvair Greenbrier van and our Monza is 1965. I knew the 13 inch tires weren't being made, but now the 14 inch tires are discontinued too. Sure makes it hard.

Exactly what size tire does it use.
Tire Rack where I got my snowtires has 13 inch tires but not all 13 are alike.

If you want true exact replacements, Coker tires carries bias and radials.
I do not work for Ccoker but buying tires online save me several hundred dollars over buying the same tire locally.
Here are all of the brands with 13inch tires Coker has.

The ones he has on it now are P185/80 R13. Thanks for mentioning Coker. We didn't know about them, and it looks like they do have some. My husband is thrilled, and they are only $140. There is a Corvair parts place that had some custom made, but they sell for $1000 for 4.

New year of 2017 and I am thankful for good heath at my age of almost 70. Today I took a nice exercise walk with my dog and we walked 4 1/2 miles. I am thankful that I can easily walk for exercise.

We had a smash and grab incident in San Francisco New Year's eve, so we cut short our fun and welcomed New Year at home. I am thankful that as annoyingly expensive the replacement of our car's smashed rear quarter window have been, and hooligans stealing our overnight bags in the process, nothing valuable was lost. Glad to come home still in one piece, it could have been much worst.

Thankful for the rains coming this winter, very much needed here in California. Hopefully a better growing season this year. Smiling

I'm thankful I stayed on the treadmill an hour and walked 5 miles yesterday. Today, we have the grandkids cots and air mattress set up and the treadmill is blocked. I get a day to rest. At least till we get the yahoos tonight after school...
