I'm still new here and just learned what acorns were for. I had 20 so I spent them!

But I'm curious--are new badges designed? How does that process work?

I'd like one specifically for zinnias, since there's a dedicated subculture of zinnia breeders here (me, Zen_Man, and a few others). I have an idea as to what would make a good badge, but I don't know if it's even possible.

I accept badge submissions from people who make them, and occasionally I make them myself. But I am very picky about what I allow for badges and I have rejected many badges in the past.

If you want to make one, I can give you info on the specs. @Horntoad has made badges before.

You can't post actual badges here, that's why they would need to be emailed to me. The system at garden.org converts them to unusable jpegs.

The zinnia badge is cute but doesn't really have the look we're going for here.
