There are two spiders thatare extremely difficult to see in the last bee photo , I did not know they were there until looking at the photo , What looks like a little pair of eyes about an inch and half to the lower right of the Bumble bee

hanging out at the water dishes in Hummingbird country and walking away in the neighbor's driveway after being shooed away ,

I saw a three to four inch, maybe more I was so excited, praying mantis on my knock out rose bush the other night while watering! It was humongous! I ran into the house and shouted, "there's a huge bug in my garden!" (I have a rotten time coming up with the right word sometimes!) my daughter came out and confirmed when I was calmer that it was a praying mantis. This is my first year in my first garden and every discovery is magical. I wish I had my cell with me to take a pic!
