Sharon made a pizza this morning that she said I could put out for the birds.
Far from great but not that bad as I like cheese well done.

Had the French Onion soup for lunch with the sharp cheddar and Swiss cheeses on top, then some homemade applesauce for dessert. Just finished my salad with chicke, dried cranberries, bleu cheese and balsamic vinegar.

In celebration of the New Year, I went out to lunch with a dear friend (and wonderful gardener). I had the fried oysters appetizer, followed by bison chili (with beans). It was all tasty, but the company was better. Yet the day was frigid, particularly with the wind. If only we could always stay on the sunny side of life! -- Good wishes to you with that. -- Unfortunately, my head and chest cold also celebrated the new year by coming into full blossom. Although I tend to like blossoms a lot, this one, not so much. It is no longer anything that can be easily ignored. For dinner, I just had some spicy minestrone soup with crackers. I also just finished a movie, have a good fire going, and now am soon off to bed, with a new box of tissues at the ready.

Well..,now that you have it maybe you are done for the year!

I had chicken livers with onions and steamed broccoli, squash, sugar snaps and carrots ..left the carrots. Starting Keto and no under ground veggies

I hope all of you get well soon. It's incredible how many people are sick. We haven't had it yet, makes me nervous... just waiting for the germs to attack around the next corner! I'm using lots of hand sanitizer too. I use this one

Same here Karen, I haven't got sick yet, but my poor s.o. has. I keep 2 hand sanatizers in my car and use it after every store or gas station I've visited.

I'm making 2 over easy eggs, a slice of whole wheat toast, and a bit of oatmeal with agave syrup as my choice of sweetener for breakfast.

The SU said he would go to the Dr if he could get in. Well, golly............had a 10 am opening this morning for the Dr. he wanted to see. He has bronchitis..............what a surprise.........NOT!!!!!!! Prednisone, some kind of antibiotic, and cough syrup with codine. If he doesn't improve in the next month, the Dr. said he needs to have a pulmonary test done.

Dinner was great at my sister's last night, we had turkey, gravy, dressing, mashed potatoes, cauliflower with a cream cheese sauce, carrots with yellow peppers, and a flaming pudding with rum sauce that was so good my DH licked his plate. *Blush* D'Oh!
