Why is the Black Beauty Lily described as an Orienpet ?
Is it not an inter species hybrid of L. henri and L. speciosum ?

Or are there several cultivars with this name ?

Henryi is a Species type lily, but it has it's own glory in the trumpet division. Henryi has been used a ton in crossing with trumpets to create what we call Aurelians. As an example, If you look at The Lily Garden's web site, she lists Henryi for sale in the Trumpet division. So that is the best reason I can give you for Black Beauty being listed as an OT.
