Vermont (Zone 4b)

Hello! I'm a 40-something clueless gardener in the northeast USA. I really don't know what I'm doing, but I'm stubborn and keep trying. I've been hoping to find an online community so that I could have a hive-mind "mentor" to assist me as I continue to stumble, fail, and get stumped left and right, making mistake after mistake more often than I get lucky. I love to cook, so my focus is on plants that produce something edible. :)

Warm welcome from the Pacific NW. Explore the various forums, you might be interested in the fruit/veggie forum, herb forum, and perhaps a regional one. Another catch-all is simply the All Things Gardening forum. For specific questions, there is the Ask a Question forum. Meanwhile, I just gave you an acorn, which you can save up to 'purchase' raffle tickets or personal badges that reflect your gardening interests (the little icons on the right side of the post). You can also earn acorns by posting photos, comments, and additions to the database. Enjoy!
