I may not agree with my country's leaders, and I despise wars. I can't help that. I love my country because I love the land of my native ancestors. Manifest Destiny is an evil and wrong concept to conquer, murder, and steal in the name of God. The ethnic cleansing of American Indians and all indigenous peoples is a stain on mankind that will never wash away. We are standing up tall now, and the voices of indigenous people of both North and South Americas are being heard. I believe it is not too late to right the wrongs and begin to heal the hearts and minds of mankind so we can begin to reverse the damage done to our beautiful Mother Earth for all future generations.
