Multiple grafted onto tall branched rootstock. This attracts more comments from visitors than any other plant. Stunning in spring! Deep burgundy spring foliage with red flowers. Stays attractive through summer though colour deepens and greens more. Attractive again in Autumn, turning crimson. Only downside is tends to hold onto brown dead leaves throughout winter. I can't help myself but to snip them all off, though it takes ages.
