[ Cucumber (Cucumis sativus 'Artist') | Posted on June 17, 2021 ]

Artist Hybrid / Gherkin Fine spined gherkins resemble handling a small hedgehog, but the skin is tender, the taste is not bitter -raw or pickled. This fruit is parthenocarpic ( does not require pollination), fairly consistent in size, and is highly resistant to Cucumber Mosaic Virus, with additional resistance to other common cucumber diseases. The vines are indeterminate in length. Seeds will probably NOT come true to the parent plant.

[ Pepper (Capsicum annuum 'Coolapeno') | Posted on June 17, 2020 ]

Mine was a Bonnie Plants set, planted Feb 22, blooms by April 12th, prolific producer for me. Flavor is NOT a sweet pepper, distinctive jalapeno flavor with no heat at all. By June 15th plant is 60" high, 30" wide, zone 9a. Plant is a hybrid.
