This is an old Asiatic cultivar that has been used a lot in ongoing hybridization.

These short lilies are new to my garden this spring. I needed something showy but short for the spot out in the front yard.

This lovely lily can be variable in color (yellow to white) depending on temperature, light, and age of bloom. One trait that assists in identification is the upfacing position of the blooms.

Very strong stem, needs no staking despite being a heavy bloomer and almost 6 feet tall. I am very impressed with this lily!

A purplish edge may form as the bloom ages.

This lily is registered as "Lavon" in the RHS Lily Register. "Touching" is considered a temporary name.

This lily is also known as "Lollipop" but is registered with the RHS Lily Register as Lollypop.
