    Noted by Antique Rose Emporium:
"This Pioneer rose shows all the great garden qualities of disease resistance, fragrance and vigor on a large, thick shrub to six feet. Three inch yellow flowers are produced year round. Slightly curled, dark green leaves create unusual texture. Breeding lines of this rose include ‘Graham Thomas’, ‘Mrs. Oakley Fisher’ and ‘Carefree Beauty’."
