Voila Francois has been my second-favorite near-white for a few years. It reblooms really well and just seems to keep going. Long bloom season! I haven't counted buds. It's just so consistently creamy and ruffled (but not hung up). Opens early, so it's at its peak when you see it each morning. Pollen more fertile than pods here. Truly impressively beautiful, and every bloom a triumph. Like Sue says- whipped cream. I have so many pictures, but there hasn't been a day of bloom where I didn't want to take more.
It is hardy enough to manage well in a pot here in 7a. I haven't noticed the bodacious branching, but that is likely related to pot culture. I bought it from the south and it likely carried rust initially, but only moderately infected in that year of the Great Outbreak. Worth having.
The right front and back blooms are Voila Francois; the left bloom is White Mountain.
