I get so excited over a super moon like this one tonight and then a total blood red eclipse.
Skies are clear at my home in tall woods....which are illuminated totally by the super bright
beautiful moon! I get as excited as I were a child...So here is the super moon
Sunday night over my home while the deer are walking on the fallen leaves
when I was outside photographing the moon just now!
This is with a auto focus and no special settings used..
with a Bridge camera...

I hope I can get the eclipse clearly with my camera...on auto focus

Oh, those are beautiful! I hope you can get the eclipse too. I would love to see it but it's only 3 degrees out there. I just can't take that. I don't even know how clear it is either. So I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of it.

We have a clear night too here just north of Houston. The moon is as bright as and LED light shining on us!

I do not have help to set the aperture or iso or what needs to be set
but I got a lot of joy out there freezing watching the eclipse tonight

The red blood moon would take your breath..just totally awesome

I sat out there alone in the 20 some degrees and thought of
how great God created this planet Earth and the moon and universe

Just beautiful and magnificent!

We had a lot of clouds around last night. My husband got a shot but it's marred by bright cloud areas. It was beautiful!

Nice photos! I did not see the red color like that here Thumbs down It was cold and very windy last night. I wasn't very motivated to check it out for long. Maybe, I just kept looking at the wrong times. Shrug!

Thank you! He used an 8 inch Newtonian telescope he made in junior high, with a Canon Rebel T3i camera.
