Does anyone know what is going on with this Plumeria?

The branch is crested. Some collectors would find this extremely desirable. I'd love to see more pictures of the entire plant @Linnealomi

This is so interesting. I had no idea that plumeria could crest. The fasciation looks exactly like a euphorbia crest.

This is a crested P. filifolia,, not nearly as spectacular a crest but lovely that it bloomed.
